Advanced Charcuterie Design, $55 Per Person

1.5 hour workshop on a few advanced concepts of styling, such as how to properly cut cheese, prosciutto ribbons, etc.
10-inch compostable palm leaf plate (larger than our Picnic Box!).
Ingredient kit with an assortment of cheese, charcuterie and seasonal accoutrements.
Tool kit complete with a cutting board, wire cheese cutter and pairing knife (to be returned at the end of class).
